ABSOLUTE BEACHFRONT - Smooth Sailing Yorke Peninsula

"Having spent every school holidays in the 80's/90's at Coobowie and not having stayed there since the 90's, this was the most wonderful accommodation and amenities, location I could have possibly asked for or invented. The owners have thought of it all. I stayed there with my beautiful girlfriend and my fur best mate my medic alert dog. He had just as much a fun stay as what we did. The beach was quiet and being a colder season it felt as though we were the only ones there. It was so quiet and picturesque! I highly recommend anyone staying here."

Every thing we needed except toilet paper (and wine glasses). 2nd time using Accomodation on Yorkes and the lack of toilet paper seems to be the standard. We were aware b4 booking but is quite strange."

"To open the front door and see the ocean is a magnificent treat, This pet friendly unit was perfect for us.With a short walk to all amenities was a bonus.Rooms all spotless plus outdoor area was ready for us just to kick back and have a glass of ale.We were here at this unit 10 years ago and l have to say with a few updates that it has had its a modern unit.Many thanks"

Reviewer Comments: We came as a group of 4 women....the house was beautiful and clean and tidy ...the view outstanding..we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay...the only thing I feel that can be made better is some accommodation for people with disabilities like hand rails going up into the house ...in the shower ..toilet..We are all getting older and some extra thought about older people would be appreciated...But other than that thought ...it was absolutely lovely 😍...was nice waking up to the beach ."

"This property can really accommodate 2 families as there is a kitchen and small lounge upstairs plus toilet, bathrooms and shower upstairs. The backyard is ok for small to medium sized dogs and they are fully enclosed so no chance of them escaping. Although this looks like a townhouse it is infact quite spacious and i am guessing next door is a mirror image. "

Reviewer Comments: We were told to bring toilet paper & dish detergent but upon arrival found it wasn’t needed as it was supplied...kitchen had plenty of crockery, mugs, glasses; pots n pans etc. It was a good location, quiet n tranquil. Would have liked to leave screen doors open n locked overnight to allow breeze to air the house but they couldn’t be locked. Lovely hot water for us both at night but wonder how the small hot water system would cope with full house of 11 people! Overall a pleasant place to stay."
