"The property is so beautiful. We walked the trails several times a day. Our dogs had a great vacation. They loved the freedom of the place. We heard the flying squirrels and were lucky enough to have one float past the window. Nearby we enjoyed the Grayson Highlands State Park. We did a short hike and got to see some wild ponies. The home is beautifully decorated and you can tell the owner wants you to have a great experience."

"Once we figured out the panel on the front door was the keypad that needed a firm touch when pressing the code, everything else was smooth sailing. Perfectly stocked with everything one would need for a getaway—all you need to bring is food and drinks. The large old Bible was a precious find, and I enjoyed leafing through that. "The cabin was very neat and well stocked with everything you might need in the kitchen. The natural wood finish inside gave it the feel of a cabin and the view of the mtn ridges was really nice. Part of the property was partly cleared off of trees which made it more open than expected but the leaves were still off the trees, it was March, so it will look more greener in the Spring. The numerous mountains and narrow valleys in the area were a pretty sight to see!"
