"Nous avons attendu 1h30 avant de pouvoir entrer dans le logement. Le propriétaire n'est pas du tout réactif. Très mauvaise communication. De plus l'adresse du logement est erronée. Ce n'est pas au 1 rue Klein mais au 19 bis rue Klein. Logement proposé pour 2 personnes maxi et il n'y a qu'une seule chaise. La literie est bonne, les draps et serviettes sont propres mais pour le reste du logement ce n'est pas très propre. Nous avons dû laver tous les couverts à notre arrivée car tous gras, sales....

"l'accès à l'appartement très compliqué, pas de rampe aux escaliers, escaliers exigus, propreté à revoir. dans l'appartement , les WC hors service, aucun système pour accrocher la pomme de douche, nettoyage de l'appartement non fait (gras sur la faïence de la cuisine, vitre de la douche très sale etc. ). "The staff at the hotel was lovely! The room was spacious and clean. The Hotel breakfast buffet was really nice. They had a lot of options to choose from. Locatio is very close to the train station which is very convenient, and it is also a short walk away from the city center. I recommend staying here!"

"The room was small. Bathroom was very compact and had a drainage smell. The bathroom door handle was loose causing a problem getting in and out. The air con was great but when switched off it would rattle intermittently which meant we had an awful night’s sleep. Main door to first floor squeaked causing more disturbance through the night. "

"This motel-style place is quite worn and in need of re-furbishment. August- restaurant closed but bar drinks available! Sitting on the terrace was like sitting in a dirty ashtray- smelled terrible. Room was basic but bed was clean. Reception on arrival very helpful. Unfortunately in the morning area smelled of cannabis. Would not stay here again "
