Recently renovated, and ideally located near the Quai Moureaux, quiet, the house offers a beautiful living room with sofa, tv and box, dining area with large windows overlooking a patio with shrubs, toilet on the ground floor + in the shower room (with washing machine) Located on the 1st floor with a master bedroom double bed 160x200, and on the 2nd floor the other large bedroom with double bed 160x200 with wardrobe and children’s room with 2 single beds.
