Ideally located along the beach, beautiful Norman villa of 220m2 on 3 levels with sea view.
Perfect for 8 people, it offers a living room with bow window overlooking a pleasant garden, a kitchen with a dining area.
The 5 bedrooms share a bathroom and a shower room.
Four bedrooms enjoy a magnificent sea view.
The access to the beach is facing the house. Possibility to park the car in the garden of the house.
The villa is less than 10 minutes walk from the docks and fish market, restaurants (the steamers, the central) casino and thalasso.
In Deauville, you will be able to enjoy the shops, its racecourses and its famous Festivals.

Sheets and towels are not provided, rental is on request (ex: pack 2 people including bed linen for a double bed and towels: 25 euros).
The expenses of households (160 euros) are to be paid on the spot.
