"Hotel is excellent. Rooms are great and very clean. Problem came when charging our EV. The hotel shares a secure car park with the IBIS and has 4 chargers in total. However 2 chargers are not working and one of the other chargers was being used by an EV that had fully charged and sat there until the next morning, leaving just one charger between 2 hotels. The chargers need to be monitored and if using the app to charge the signal is very poor. We connected and went outside to start the charge from the app when we eventually go onto the only charger available."

"Great location. Super comfy beds. Room could have been a little cleaner, it was a bit dusty and some marks on the walls. Staff were lovely and a reasonable selection for breakfast"

"Parking is convenient - but can be a bit tight so advise the hotel if you have a large vehicle. Location is excellent and staff always friendly. We have stayed here 3 years in a row en route to our final destination."

"Friendly helpful staff. Some construction work going on in the area so there is a lot of dust. Good location though and nice big rooms. No air con so a little hot but we were given extra fans. "
