We are thrilled to share our charming two-bedroom, one-bathroom lakeside cottage with you!

Enjoy a complimentary late checkout at 2 pm on Sundays this summer (holidays excluded).

A Peak of Donner Lake is perfect for warm winter getaways and fun summer vacations.

The first floor includes the kitchen, living room, bathroom (with washer and dryer), and dining area. Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms.

Downstairs:
- Well-equipped kitchen for delicious home-cooked meals
- Dining area for 4, plus 3 bar stools at the live edge breakfast bar
- Cozy living room with new couches, gas fireplace, and big screen TV
- Large bathroom with shower/tub combo, toilet, vanity, and stacked washer/dryer

Bedrooms:
- First bedroom with a queen bed and futon
- Second bedroom with two twin beds

Perfect for 4 adults or a family of 5. Please respect our quiet lake community—no parties or events.

One lesson we've learned about the great outdoors is the frequent requirement to wipe down the deck furniture. Despite our efforts to maintain the utmost cleanliness for your convenience, it seems that nature is working against us. You may need to wipe down the outdoor table, chairs, and any other outdoor seating. The dust and pollen accumulates within a matter of hours.
