Indian Hills Townhome

  • Fully stocked and comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome at Northstar. Townhome is just a short shuttle ride away from the Village at Northstar.

    Available by phone.

    Free shuttle service to and from the Northstar Village for dining, shopping, skiing, mountain biking, etc. NPOA guest access with preferred parking included - Guest Fee is $8 per person. NPOA access includes: family pool, adult pool, fitness center, pickle ball and tennis courts, basketball court, bocce ball and more.

    Short drive to nearby Truckee or Kings Beach.

    For free shuttle to the village, download the Northstar Transportation app from the app store.
    Guests must be 25 or older to book.

    -Late Check-Out Policy:
    Please note that the standard check-out time is 11 AM. If guests fail to check out by the designated time, a late check-out fee of $100 will be applied.
