"The location was perfect- 20 mins to Squaw and 10 mins to Northstar. There was a storm a few days before we arrived but we didn't check in to the house until the day later and we asked if we could get a refund but the property Manager stated that the road were open and the house will be ready at 4pm but it "advised" by Caltrans to not travel if it wasn't "essential." We didn't want a full refund it was just for the day we didn't feel safe to travel in to Tahoe. A partial refund would have been...

"This was the ideal location for being able to ski at Donner Ski Ranch or Sugar Bowl and easily get into Truckee 10 mins away. The beds were comfortable, it was warm and had all the basic kitchen amenities. We liked relaxing in the sauna just down the hall!"

"Over all, room was clean, staff was friendly, cleaning staff was friendly, maintenance man was prompt in fixing door lock, clogged bathroom sink, and exhaust fan in the bathroom that would not turn off. Room had very strong odor of mildew , we had to go buy a can of Lysol to disinfect the room. "
