The hotel is well located, nice rooms. Poorly designed toilets. One of my rooms, was not ready for check in time. But most importantly, very poor customer care. Specially Manager Emmanuel and front desk Triana, very rude and unwilling to help, seems that customers are an inconvenience for them. The hotel is nice, but I have had much better experience in other hotels in NYC. Won’t come back.

Super clean and very friendly staff. It is an older hotel but I loved that about it. The location is great close to times square but less noise. It is very basic as far as amenities but a great place to stay
