It seemed staff were more focussed on bar customers than staying ones. Staff got dinner booking times wrong twice and failed to inform me about the option for a larger cooked breakfast at Idle Rocks. "Just stayed for 2 nights, the Inn has 12 rooms free fast wifi, and the two rooms we had, family room and standard room, were spacious , clean, and lots of hot water for bath and shower, and we had a virtual check in, we booked pre covid-19, for a great price from Hotels.com, and it was great to see that that the inn hadnt closed down, it was a pity the restaurant and bar were closed, but we undertstand why! "The hotel is situated right next to the sea, it’s very nice hotel. Breakfast was good, I liked it and wasn’t expensive at all, much cheaper than having a breakfast in a restaurant. There was two amazing ladies checking in for the breakfast, they were very polite and friendly. As I was on motorbike, one of the ladies gave me directions around how to get around so I enjoyed the trip. Everyone else were helpful and polite ☺️ Definitely had good experience ☺️"
