Your Trysil base in Fageråsen: a well-kept 63 m² apartment with timber walls, a wood-burning stove and an open kitchen made for cooking together. Three bedrooms, room for 8.

Come in from the mountain, light the stove and let the evening slow down. Kitchen, dining table and living area share one warm room, so nobody cooks alone and nobody misses the conversation. In the morning, the Nespresso machine is ready.

Sleeping
Three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with bunk beds. Bed linen is made up for your arrival and towels are included.

Cooking and eating
The open kitchen has an induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, plus pots, pans, baking tins, bowls, knives, cutlery, cups and glasses. The dining table has room for the whole group.

Staying warm
The tiled hallway has underfloor heating, and so does the bathroom. The bedrooms have electric panel heaters, and the living room has the wood-burning stove as well as an electric heat source.

Good to know
There is one bathroom with a shower (no bathtub), and the apartment has no sauna, hot tub or lift. What it does have is space for a group of up to 8 to spread out, cook, eat and stay warm together, with a washing machine for longer stays and a ski locker for the gear.

The apartment lies between Høyfjellssenteret and the hotel in Fageråsen, a short way to everything.

Self check-in with key box. Instructions are sent before you arrive. Check-in from 17:00, check-out by 11:00. Pets are not allowed.

Guests: Only guests included in the reservation may stay overnight. Please respect the maximum occupancy stated in your booking.

Smoking: Smoking and vaping are not allowed indoors. Please dispose of cigarette ends safely.

Parties: Parties and events are not permitted.

Quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am.

Pets: Pets are allowed only with prior approval.

Shoes and equipment: Remove outdoor shoes inside. Keep skis, snowboards, and other outdoor equipment in the designated storage area.

Fireplace: Follow the fireplace instructions, use only dry firewood, and never leave a fire unattended.

Safety: Do not cover heaters or leave candles unattended. Keep exits clear.

Waste: Sort rubbish and use the designated disposal facilities.

Damage: Let us know promptly about any damage or problems so we can help.

Departure: Wash used dishes, empty the fridge of your food, take out rubbish, and return moved furniture to its original position. Close windows and lock the doors.

Check-in and check-out: Follow the times and key instructions provided with your booking.
