"The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The property is clean, spacious and for those who like to be entertained there appears to be something going on all the time. The hotel brought a smile to my face, slightly mad but in a wonderful way. "

"Pros: clean, friendly staff, nice rooms, choice of heated and non heated pools, nice food, free airport shuffle Cons: very noisy early in the morning from nearby construction works, only small selection of food at buffet, had to ask for more desserts as didn't restock when all run out, onsite shop not open very late, not many shops or restaurants near by, needs clearer instructions on how to book free shuttle (was told by receptionist they do not read messages through Hotels.com on a weekend!) I messaged Friday to book for Sunday shuttle and no one got back to me so ended up paying for a Bolt."
