I arrived two days late due to Doha attacks, Iran bombing Qatar, and they wouldn’t refund me even though I wrote them. They said I needed to talk to Expedia. Please tell me how I can do that.

Nice modern hotel in excellent central location and walking distance to everything. Great staff and modern clean room and facilities. The air conditioning system in the building works but is not “cold”- it just gets the job done. Our first room, even after waiting 2+ hours never cooled off and was unbearably warm. The hotel staff were super helpful and understanding and did the best they could which was to give us another room which was much better and manageable but still not “very cool” - it was just at the level of ok considering the very hot weather. The staff were excellent and accommodating with recommendations and reservations. One thing to note is that only black coffee was included in the breakfast- lattes were only served for an additional fee which was kind of surprising for a 4 star hotel.

Clean and location Stuff are nice

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. The service was great, with professional staff who were always courteous and attentive. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the pool area was simply exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Silva

Great place! We had a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry machine (we brought our own detergent sheets). Separate bedroom and a large pull out sofa in living room. Air conditioner in both rooms worked very well. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Plenty of toiletries. Surprisingly, no dish soap to wash dishes by hand or in the included dishwasher, but they gave us one pod upon asking. There was always someone working the front desk 24/7 and each person was very helpful. Everyone spoke Russian, and English well. Location is a bit hard to find, but is in the very center and super convenient. Happy we stayed here!
