Great location to the Vatican and St. Peter’s Basillica. Also good restaurants, shopping and walking distance to key sites. The staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly and spoke English.

Property location was great. Biggest problem we had was the poor air conditioning. Room was very warm. Cleaning staff left the window open all day after they cleaned, they did not help with this problem.

Very clean and quiet place to stay in. Transportation is very convenient as well. Breakfast was great, lots of variety to eat. And most of all, super friendly staff.

Bare minimum. Convenient and nice location, however room felt dirty. Arrived and only 1 bath towel, no face clothes or shower mat, no extra pillow cases for extra pillows. Fine if you’re in and out but even then I would pay more for a nicer spot next time. Unfortunately was a regret. Cleaning staff was lovely but besides that mediocre at best.
