"Our stay at K11 Artus was fantastic. The view of the harbour from our balcony was lovely and we enjoyed sitting out there in the evenings to see the lights. I would say, staying here was as comfortable as being at home. The convenience of the transportation options made getting around very easy. And the staff was very pleasant and helpful. "Location is fantastic close to the shopping and dining areas. It’s a walking distance to Kowloon Park, an oasis in the middle of busy Hong Kong. The hotel itself is a bit dated but it’s still okay. Room is clean with minimal amenities. "

"The hotel is located perfectly, very close to subway and airport bus, and a block away from Victoria Harbour. Hotel has various dining and snack venues. The lobby is decorated tastely. One morning we experienced lukewarm shower water. Maybe because high usage at that time point, but it should not happen for this higher end hotel. I don’t find any maps or information for nearby dining , shopping in the lobby or room. This could provide convenience for guests."
