"We have a wonderful stay at the villa, the views are fabulous, it’s a sweet town about an hour from Athens. There is a corner store not too far for some supplies coffee etc and the marina is about a 15min drive with shops and restaurants and lovely views on the harbour. The villa is a lovely place to relax with lots of room for a large group, pool is beautiful. Suggest having a rental car for sure, lovely beaches in the area as well. Easy drive to Athens as well."

"I highly recommend this wonderful place. We arrived hours early and were met by Hellen, who let us leave our luggage downstairs, as the unit wasn't ready yet. We continued with our Uber the minute drive into town. As it was Sunday, there was only 1 grocery store open. We shopped and walked to a little park at the front of the town. We were in town about an hour total, and then here came Hellen to pick us up to drive us back. WOW! I had not received her text yet about the unit being ready, so she just came to get us. WHO does this, right? Spacious & Bright does! When we arrived, our luggage had been taken upstairs. Also, I had requested, if possible, a congratulations note to one of my Sisters and Brother-in-law for us celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. Double WOW! They went all out...Balloons, (with confetti in them) on a cabinet, the couches, an actual BOOK on Lavreotiki's history with signed congratulations and a bottle of wine on the table with 4 glasses. Back to...WHO does this, right? Spacious & Bright does. The property was extremely CLEAN, had coffee and sugar for the next morning, chilled water in the refrigerator and toiletries supplied. The internet and TV worked great. We were so impressed, and after our 10 hour flight, felt very well taken care of. We were only there one night before our cruise, but decided we could have stayed longer and been very happy. What a wonderful beginning to our Greece journey. "We found Daskalio after a couple cancelled ferries threw a wrench in our travel plans. Although it was not in our plans to stay there, we chose it because of the sea view and it far exceeded expectations! The rooms are simple but have everything you need, and the pictures of the view don’t do it justice. The area has many walkable beaches and a few taverns we found, as well as a good restaurant in the hotel itself. What really stood out to us, however, was the incredibly kind staff. They accommodated our every need, and welcomed us back when our second ferry was cancelled. They cooked us great dinners and breakfasts, and offered plenty of water for the room. Another highlight was our taxi driver the staff called for us, Kostas. Kostas really turned our bad moods around and he offered to take us on a tour of the town for a very small fee. He is a gem and I highly recommend using him for transportation. Overall, we had a great experience at Daskalio Beach Hotel and I truly can’t recommend it enough! Thank you guys so much for everything. "
