"Very convenient location, super close to the MTR station and shopping malls. Staff were friendly and welcoming and there's free dispensable cold water available which was great. The room was very small but it was enough for what I needed and most importantly it was clean. Only negatives is the shower could do with a lightbulb as it was very dark and other guests can be quite loud sometimes."

"This is in a great location on Kowloon. It was a bit pricier than I wanted to pay for the facilities, but it worked out really well. Good location, shockingly comfortable bed, and incredibly welcoming staff!"

"The location of hostel is convenient and easy access with bus and metro…but noisy during midnight as downstairs near to bar and even can hear the communication…no signal for TV due to external renovation "

"I've stayed at Ashoka Hostel before. If you are a budget traveler, I can't recommend this place enough. I needed a cheap place to stay while getting my visa updated last year. So I stayed here again. I stayed during the May holiday this time, which meant the price was more than $44 a night, but it was still a bargain. If you are looking for a safe place to sleep and clean up, this is it. I didn't have a refrigerator this time, but it was okay. The rooms are super-tiny. But it didn't matter to...

"The hotel is well situated for travel, shopping and sightseeing. There is a supermarket across the road for incidentals and lots of choice for eating nearby.
The rooms were spacious and the showers were great with good water flow.
I have stayed here before and I shall return again."
"Hotel was very beautiful and welcoming to guests form the cleanliness of the front lobby to the rooms. If looking for a quiet hotel to just relax and unwind, this hotel is for it away from the city traffic and all noise, which make it a good place relax. Front staff is very respectful friendly, and helpful if you need anything. Shuttle bus to the train station is very helpful, just a shot five minutes drive. Have very good hours of operation so can plan according… rooms are very clean, are good size, and quiet…would definitely recommend staying if you want peace and quiet"
"I felt like a Queen staying here - my harbor-view room treated me to the iconic Hong Kong skyline, which I got to see at all times of the day and night, and it was unique and beautiful every time I looked at it. I could walk across the street - and there is the Avenue of Stars, piers to catch boat excursions (and kiosks to purchase tickets for them), excellent restaurants along the promenade, and the stellar Hong Museum of Art. Out another door is the entrance to East Tsim Sha Tsui metro, where you can walk underground to the Tsim Sha Tsui station and go anywhere in the city. There are shops, bakeries, restaurants, and convenience stores all around the Sheraton. INSIDE you ask? Inside is beautiful - really lovely seating areas with art on the wall, a cake-slash-libations restaurant all in reds and dark wood - very cool; and a spacious dining room with a buffet of THE GODS, truly an amazing spread - for breakfast and for dinner. Staff in the lobby area are attentive at all times for anyone who looks like they might have questions. My bathroom totally spoiled me - with a roomy tub to soak in after all the walking AND a great shower available, too. THE most comfortable bed & pillows of any hotel I've ever been in - perfectly soft but not mushy and, did I mention, the view!!! A fridge, a couch, and a table, too. Stay here if you want to feel special but, be warned, you will not want to leave."
