The cruise was amazing and very well organised from the moment we booked until we checked out and got to our next hotel. All the staff was very courteous and helpful, always smiling and always with a quick response to our needs. Really helpful staff! Nice hotel with great views of Halong Bay. Ceiling fan and strong aircon were great! Breakfast was great with plenty of choices of both Asian and Western food. Lovely rooftop pool too! Would recommend without hesitation.

Didn’t use it. The cruise was fantastic. The only thing that was missing was internet.
