"We really loved everything about this place. The cabin was adorable and the perfect size for our family. The front yard space is huge and lots of room for kids to safely run around and play. It’s a family who owns it, they’re so so nice!! We will be recommending this to our friends and hope to come back again soon. Also! Super close to Santa village. Maybe 10 minutes!"

"A beautiful location. Lots of windows at every level looking out into close New Hamphire forest. Felt like a treehouse. Crows cawing. Lovely breeze thtough open windows. Booking was straightforward. Good communication (email) for check in-check out. We never needed anything, but the team responded very quickly during checkout procedure. Materials included a valuable local guide. The property suited my family of 11 very well. Lots of places both to be together and to be apart, inside and out. Young teen kids enjoyed the 3rd floor game room with pool table. As with any multilevel (4) multibedroom house, there are lots of stairs. The basement apartment (with its own kitchen/laundry) was a little dank with geosmin odor. A little ventilation needed. Also a little dusty but generslly quite clean. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware for our needs. Nearest full grocery store is 45 min. away in North Conway, so stock up en route. Local covenience stores have milk/eggs/flour basics. We never used the WIFI!!!! (probably a good thing) Easy access to the Mt. Washington Cog Rail/weather station excursion (must do!!) and to the Bretton Woods facilities (hotel, golf, gondola, clubhouse restaurant). Many nearby hiking trails. (Easy walk to lower falls of Amanoosuc River less than a mile away) Running the Kancamagus scenic highway is a good half day trip with easy access waterfalls and rocky rivers to explore."

"Amazing property with everything we needed for a great golf getaway weekend. Close to the Mt. Washington Resort, plenty of room for all of us and the house had everything we needed to make it a great weekend. We come back to this property every year and we truly love it. The team at Bretton Woods Rentals is amazing and was super-responsive to every question I had before we checked in. Can't say enough good things about them."
