The unique property features 3 queen beds and a bunk bed, bonus room with a sofa bed and TV. Family room, dining and kitchen with modern appliances are on the top floor for maximum views that can be accessed by elevator. Enjoy the kayaks and SUPs, take the bikes or car to Graveling Point beach, bike or walk to pickle/tennis/basketball courts, take the ferry to LBI from Tuckerton Seaport, play at Ocean County Golf Course at Atlantis, see local live music, see a show in Atlantic City, hike Bass River State Forest, or stay home and enjoy the quiet life on the southern tip of Mystic Island with unobstructed views. Bring your binoculars to watch the wild in action. Make sure both garage doors are shut and if rain is possible cushions brought inside
Please put paddle boards back inside garage
