This was the perfect place for us to spend a few days while visiting our daughter who attends U of A. Alex was very welcoming and helpful. We had everything we needed and the location was very convenient for shops, restaurants, hiking, and the University! Sitting by the pool was an added bonus!!

Great Guest House Stay in February

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean with lots of available light. The amenities are new and worked perfectly. The neighborhood was quiet and easily walkable, and you are in walking distance from major streets and boulevards. Communication was great with the host. Highly recommended!

A Great Escape

We loved our stay in Alexandra's guest house...it was spotless, contemporary and very comfortable! Alexandra and Jack (her pup) were very hospitable hosts as well. The central location was perfect for our daily ventures to the various parks for hiking and for bike rentals, "The Loop" bike trail, the zoo as well as the downtown streetcar and U of A. Our only disappointment was that the pool wasn't accessible but we still enjoyed sitting outside on the patio soaking up the Arizona sun!

Had a wonderful three days at this property during our west coast roadtrip. Its central location is ideal for exploring the city and surrounding areas. Tucson is beautiful! The host made us feel very welcome and pointed us in the right direction for restaurants and things to see and do. The property is first class. Clean, private and comfortable. It has the added bonus of Jack, the hosts puppy. If you let him he’ll keep you entertained! A memorable vacation!

Wonderful property

This was a truly wonderful gem right near campus. Alex was an amazing host. I was there by myself the first night and then my husband met me the next day. I felt safe and the guest house was clean. The pool was refreshing. Alex has thought of everything and "stocked" the house nicely. Even when it rained (which doesn't happen often in the desert), we found an umbrella in the closet. I highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed this property. The king size bed was very comfortable. Great shower and large bathroom. Hangers in the large closet. Very nice refrigerator and always ice in the freezer. Everything you would need and more in the kitchen. The pool hadn’t been vacuumed I assume because the weather temps were cold by Tuscon standards. Being from Montana I would have used it as I’m used to cold water. It was easy to find our way everywhere using our GPS.We would definitely stay here again if we return to Tuscon.

Lovely well equipped cottage in downtown Tucson

We were very comfortable in the cottage with a a few exceptions: the pool is unheated and therefore useless in the winter months. The TV is in the bedroom which makes it impossible for one person to watch when one person is sleeping. The garden is not private because it is all open to the main house. The kitchen is well quipped and everything works well. I would recommend the cottage for 1 or 2 people at the most since it is small. Alex, the host, is lovely and available for any problem. Her son owns one of the best restaurant in Tucson.
