Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put all sheets and towels in the washing machine and start
Please take out all items from fridge and put in the trash outside
Please sign the guest book and look up when I return trip
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Put all linens ( towels, sheets, pillow cases, dish cloths ) in washing machine before checkout . Do not put comforters, shams, etc in washer.
Take out all trash including food in fridge. Dumpster is in the alley to the south of the Casita. Look over fence and you will see it. !

The place was just as described. It was more private than I could have imagined. I love the neighborhood — it's quiet, but close to good markets and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Great casita

The casita was perfect for 2 people and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dog to go play outside. The location was convenient to downtown Tucson. Overall, it was the perfect place for us to stay.

Great alternative to hotel

Happy with the privacy and layout, really enjoyed using the grill and hanging outside. Internet speed was good, amenities exceeded our expectations. Would stay again!

Sweet weekend getaway

Stayed at the Casita with my husband for a weekend getaway. It was a great spot to start and finish our days -- cozy, cute, clean, and had everything we needed. Only wish the wind had died down so we could've enjoyed the lovely outdoor/patio area too! Also conveniently located and far enough off Speedway to be quiet. The hosts were great and very responsive. Would love to stay here again.

Very Accommodating!

I was here while I stared a new job in the area and had to extend a few days due to issues getting into my new home. I texted the property manager and they were able to send me the info right away to extend my stay. No hassle or fuss. Property was clean and well appointed. Property managers were very communicative and accommodating.

Very nice accommodations and location

House was recently updated and very pretty. The location was close to everything with secure parking. The owner was friendly and was very receptive to our needs. The eating area was awkward, because the bar was chin height when trying to sit. We had to stand while having our meals so we ate out a lot. It would not prevent me from staying again.
