Beautiful Green Valley Arizona Rental, fully furnished 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, townhome with mountain views and located in Desert Hills IV Association. Age-restricted HOA, One person must be 55+ years of age per HOA requirement. Sleeps up to 4 people.
Green Valley Recreation Access available, Close to Churches, Shopping, Walking Trails, and Canoa Hills Park.

Stunning Santa Rita mountain views from the Living room and Master Bedroom, and large private 540 sq. foot rear patio. Showings are available now.

Recently remodeled 1,017 square foot townhome includes all furniture, a fully-equipped kitchen, and an open dining/living room area - all with beautiful mountain views. Both updated bathrooms offer new cabinets, marble tops, lighting, fixtures, and walk-in showers!

Remodeled kitchen includes; stackable washer/dryer, side by side refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, stove, microwave, disposal, tile backsplash, upgraded countertops, sink & fixtures. All ceramic tile throughout the home.

High-efficiency central A/C and Heating, this townhome will keep you cool on hot summer days, and toasty warm on chilly winter evenings. Very unique to Desert Hills IV townhomes, this retreat includes a Kiva Fireplace with a gas-log insert, to cozy up to the fire with the Santa Ritas in the background.

The sunny east-facing rear patio offers spectacular Santa Rita Mountain views, with welcome shade for warmer late afternoons and evenings. For those extra-hot days, enjoy the retractable Sun-Setter awning at the rear patio, with built-in wind retractable sensor, and lighting. Grill, Table, chairs, and chaise lounge are also included in furnishings.

Single stall carport, with one additional off-road parking space in the driveway. Lockable small front shed (30" x 90") in front, available for up to (2) tenant bikes or personal belongings. Darling and comfortable Green Valley retreat

After staying in a larger (and more expensive) rental, we moved to this condo home for my husband's recovery from knee replacement surgery. The very nice owners personally met with and showed us the features, and were most communicative and helpful. The darling house/condo was perfect for our month long stay- living room with kiva fireplace and Santa Rita mountain views, comfortable furnishings and adorable decor, a roomy usable kitchen with washer and dryer, nice tile floors, two bedrooms and bathrooms., and ample closet and pantry space The outdoor deck was also roomy and comfortable to enjoy the mountain views., and we appreciated the carport keeping our car under cover. Our stay was very enjoyable, as well as convenient to Green Valley shopping and facilities. We would definitely recommend this rental,
