Trash and recycling: Dispose of all trash and recycling in the designated bins upon departure. Trash containers are in the driveway/alley.

Clean up: Wash dishes and clean the kitchen after use.
Parking

Parking space: The driveway can accommodate 1 vehicle, but it is small and may not fit all car types or prove challenging. Street parking can result in a ticket.

No blocking: Do not block driveways or other vehicles.

Outdoor Spaces

Respect the property: Do not damage plants, furniture, or decorations.
Use of BBQ/grill is prohibited.
