This home sits next to a quiet cul-de-sac in a scenic, upscale neighborhood surrounded by towering saguaros, desert blooms, and sweeping Catalina Mountain views. It's peaceful and private, yet close to everything-just a short drive to Oro Valley Marketplace, La Encantada, and Tucson's best dining, golf, and outdoor adventures.

-The third garage bay, thoughtfully converted into a private fitness center with equipment for a convenient at-home workout
-Multiple patio areas ideal for enjoying the desert landscape and mountain views

The primary bedroom is a true sanctuary-featuring a King-size bed, sliding glass doors that open to the patio and desert scenery, and a en suite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet complete with a vanity area for getting ready in comfort.

For those mixing work and leisure, the dedicated office provides a quiet space to focus - or simply unwind in the massage chair after a long day. There's also a futon, perfect for lounging or accommodating an extra guest.

The first guest bedroom includes a king-size bed and its own ensuite bath, giving added privacy and hotel-style comfort. The second guest bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the third guest bedroom also offers a queen-size bed and a large window overlooking the backyard, filling the room with natural light and peaceful desert views.

Outside, enjoy the sparking pool and spa, multiple patio spaces, and the tranquility of the northwest Tucson desert - the perfect spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or stargazing under Arizona's wide-open sky.

1.Pets must stay off all furniture at all times
2.Pets must be picked up after daily not at end of reservation
3. Must clean linens prior to check out as pet hair is hard to get out and this will help with cleaners as they will wash a second time
Pool & Spa Rules
1.Pool can be heated for $100 a day with a 3 day minimum, must communicate if wanting heated at reservation so we can prepare
2.Pool cleaner absolutely cannot be taken out of pool at anytime, this will prevent damage cost as your responsibility
3.There is a 2 hour a day cap on using the spa per owners stipulation

Hot tub and pool and scenery amazing! Comfortable/beautiful accommodations. Host amazingly prompt with questions . There was a sink and bathtub issue. She was sooo prompt to respond and helpful and got a plumber out( nothing she/they could have prevented, although disappointing)
