This property has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large fenced yard. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is perfect for families or groups. It`s also wonderful for longer stays.

Guests have access to the entire home and private backyard.

NOTE: This property also has a 1-bed, 1-bath guest house that is completely separate from this home. It`s located behind the home and will likely be occupied by other guests. The home and guest house share a driveway, but this home`s backyard with a covered patio and fire pit is private.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

Our host was terrific, providing timely, clear and detailed information in a very pleasant way. The home was spotless and spacious and very comfortable in all ways and it added a lot to our visit to Tucson.
