This is a duplex, so there is a shared washer and dryer and shared wall with neighbor. But you have a separate entrance and no shared indoor space.
Plenty of street parking right in front of the house. We provide up to 2 free parking permits.
For larger groups, You can rent the home next door, which is also a 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Both back doors face a shared courtyard (which has the washer and dryer).
