Cozy, lovely studio apartment, 9 ft ceilings, king size bed, newly renovated full bathroom with shower, mini-kitchenette w/fridge, microwave, sink (no stove), desk/eating area. HD cable TV, 5G Wi-Fi. Ideal for 2 people. Single level entry and stair free path to entry. Steps away from free resort pool and jacuzzi. HOA requires one tenant to be 55 or older with proof via govt ID.

4 golf courses within 5 miles. Santa Rita Mts, San Xaviar Mission, and Sonora Natl. Park nearby. No smoking, no pets. Great hiking, golf, pickle ball, sunny weather all year. Come enjoy the SW at its best!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
THERMOSTAT: Turn thermostat to 85 in summer and 62 in winter months. Place all dirty linens /bedding in laundry basket
GARBAGE: There is a garbage/dumpster bin located on the side of circle/cul-de sac. It is paddled locked. Use pool key in red Welcome Book (on desk) to open.
RECYCLE BIN: There is a blue recyle basket in the cabinet near the sink. DO NOT put recycling in a plastic bag, toss into bin. The HOA recyle bin is on first street to the left, entering San Ignacio.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great Place to Unwind

This was exactly what I needed for a personal retreat. It was a quiet, very safe neighborhood. The venue was clean and well stocked. Everything I needed was there, including toiletries. Help was available from management, if needed, but was never overdone. I even extended my stay an extra day. This is where I will stay when I return for more engagements in the Green Valley area

Beautiful Green Valley

As promised this property was perfect!Connie our host, was a pleasure to meet and she met every possible need. This property is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood where you can safely take walks to soak up the sun and enjoy the gorgeous Mountain View’s. I highly recommend this property, and we will be back!
