The room was clean, they only clean every other day on long stays, which was fine with us. The room was noisy at times because of the airport, mostly when fighter jets took off during the day. Also, because of heavy room doors that are impossible to close quietly. We had one night where a group arrived and talked all night, opening and closing doors with young children yelling until 3:00 am.

The building itself was quite beautiful, the colors and shape blended in with the surrounding landscape. It was not a "big" building/casino, but it was adequate for our needs, quiet, clean and not overwhelmingly crowded like the larger casinos/hotel. Staff was cordial and provided assistance as needed from us, being new to this location. Thank you for a wonderful stay, short and sweet.

Beautiful Property, except for the renovations made navigating the hotel very difficult. If you are staying at this hotel for a convention ask for a room close to your Convention location! Oh, and the Big one, no one tells you about is the hotel is CASHLESS, you can only pay with a credit card! Big mistake as I only tip in Cash!

Checking in the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was right of the elevator, which I love so much! The room was clean and t was very quiet and comfortable. The Diamond cafe food was amazing. The scallops and risotto were delicious. I truly enjoyed everything about this place. I will definitely be going back again soon.
