Great condo

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and had all the amenities we could ever need. The location was fabulous. It was a great place to stay as we moved our daughter into the University of Arizona.

Needs a good cleaning and repair

The shower in the master bathroom had black mold around the base. The ceiling and the front wall above the window had huge bubbles of paint from water damage. There was a long crack in the ceiling. The ice maker in the fridge leaked. Other than the shower it was clean.

Perfect!

The most important thing I want to emphasize is the great customer service provided by VACASA. They were very responsive to our needs. Great location, as we travel to Tucson to bike. With the proximity of great restaurants at St. Phillips Plaza, as well as Trader Joe’s nearby, we do very little driving. The only time we really needed to drive was to access the awesome hiking trails Tucson has to offer, as well as other great restaurants like Tumerico!

Property was clean and in a nice location. Kitchen did not have towels, washcloths and was lacking in items to be able to prepare a meal. Needs chairs on the balconies so was not really able to use them. Could also use another chair in living room, had to use bar stool. Couch could only sit 3 comfortably. Beds were comfortable. Did not use the pool or hot tub.

Condo in Tucson

Location of condo was good for visiting Sabino Canyon, the two national parks, botanical gardens, etc. Plenty of good restaurants close by. The condo was sparsely furnished. Nowhere to put a suitcase in second bedroom except on the bed. Also no chairs on either deck, I took 2 dining chairs out to sit on. There was no toilet paper at all in one bathroom and 1/3 roll in other bathroom, an issue with Vacasa housekeeping. Fridge water filter was flashing message that it was overdue for changing . All in all the condo met our needs for a base in Tucson but we have rented many vacation rentals over the years and this one was a bit disappointing.

Ceiling fans thick with dust, fridge needs filter for water dispenser- water and ice gross. Had to get a bag of ice. The refrigerator leaked, we couldn't use the water / ice feature. Wine glasses not clean- had soap residue, ceiling in family room appears to have water damage, blinds missing in master and hole cut in blinds in 2nd bedroom. Also, the sinks in the master were not draining, the stoppers kept falling down when trying to brush our teeth and wash hands. We finally got that fixed. The seating was not as advertised... no extra chair in the room with the TV as pictured. Uncomfortable sitting in hard kitchen chairs as four people cannot sit on the couch. Since there were issues, it was not as described, we asked about a partial refund… no response from owner at all.

Great location and met all our needs

Ten minutes from almost everything we love visiting. Loved having two baths and a full kitchen, as well as washer and dryer. TV and WIFI worked great for my online work. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Definitely would recommend.

6 reasons for loving it!

1. It’s perfect because we loved walking on the trail, to Trader Joe’s and to the cigar store across the street. 2. Love having NO carpeting. 3. This unit is maintained so well, everything works. 4. Comfortable beds. 5. The convenience of an in- unit washer and dryer! 6. Great support team, just call and they are there to answer any questions. We’ll be back!
