Classic Tucson neighborhood area. The general neighborhood is good but not great (patchy with some nice homes, others mediocre.) If you're looking for a gated, HOA-managed community-type situation, this will not be a good choice for you. The home is extremely clean and cozy, and the large fenced property feels secluded to itself within town. There is ample covered parking on the side of the home and great backyard space for family fun and outdoor enjoyment.

POOL/HOT TUB: The home has a newly resurfaced pool and hot tub. The pool can be heated for $80/day, and the hot tub for $35/day. Please let us know if you'd like them heated during your stay, and we'll be sure they're ready for you upon arrival.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $55 for one pet and $80 for two pets. (For two pets, $55 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request of $25 is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.
