Historic property in 4th Ave/Downtown Tucson. Located a stones throw from the street car & walking distance to the U of A, shopping, night life, bars, & trending eatery's. Enjoy a bright & spacious floorplan w/ high ceilings. Large eat-in kitchen w/ all the essentials for long & short term stays. Sleep tight in a huge master bedroom w/ super comfy king bed. Thoughtfully decorated thru-out w/ sofa bed that additional guests can enjoy! Hot location that definitely wont disappoint!

All the amenities you need for a long or short term stay. Washer/Dryer. Fully stocked kitchen. Keurig coffee maker with pods, sugar and creamer. We offer Netflix and Hulu on the living room and bedroom TV.

Was super close to where we needed to be for El Tour de Tucson with many choices for dining close by. Easy access to the interstate, extremely clean, all the amenities you could need and super attentive hosts.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood, and walking distance to the university and 4th St. We took advantage of riding the slink to everything. Would stay here again!

Perfect Tucson Stay

Came here to get away from MN's freezing temps and to hike Saguaro National Park. This house is in the perfect location, close to every thing. Loved the needLoved

CONVENIENT TO U OF A

Wonderful location, near university, Time Market, street car, etc. Full kitchen & laundry, if you need it, and nice front porch. Would be good to have a taller lamp in living room, otherwise perfect. Will be back!

Comfortable, Basic, Clean

Simple, basic one bedroom that is clean, within walking distance to the UA, the tram and Time Market (one of our favorites). The host was excellent in terms of communication. My only caveat -- and it is a very small one -- is that the photos rally don't disclose that the unit is actually one-half of a house that has been divided in half. This was no problem for us, but did want to disclose it. We would stay there again if we were looking for a clean, simple, no frills venue a stone's throw from Time Market.
