My second stay was just as comfortable as the first. The property is very comfortable and well located to restaurants and activities. It seldom takes more than 20 minutes to get to anyplace. Walk the beautiful historic neighborhood and meet the residents and dogs! A great way to learn how friendly Tucson is.

Plenty of room for one or two people. Well-appointed and very large kitchen. Everything you need is here. In a great neighborhood, and the host was extremely responsive. Very clean, everything we needed was there, and the whole place is laid out perfectly. Roomy bedroom and Living Room, but could easily be used as two private bedrooms. Host's response is always immediate. Can't think of a way to improve the place.

Fantastic space. Close proximity to UofA campus, which is what we were looking for. We walked to campus a couple of times, including for a basketball game. The space is very clean and host was great at communicating. Like mentioned, one room has a comfy bed and the other room is a TV room with a pullout couch, which my son used. He said it was comfortable. Overall, we hope to come back to this place during our future Tucson visits. Thanks you!

Visiting my Wildcats

I stayed at Diane's casita for a week while visiting my two Wildcats. Tremendous location, perfect spot to work remotely while my kids were in their classes. Excellent wi-fi, comfortable bed, and the ability to cook for the kids and help with their laundry was perfect :) Flora's market is a 2 minute walk, which is fabulous and the Sam Hughes neighborhood can't be beat if you're visiting Tucson. Diane is the most accommodating host--she was so gracious and allowed me to delay my check out for one last work meeting, which was very much appreciated!! Thank you again Diane :)

My son and I stayed here for the proximity to U of A. We each had a spacious room, each with TV (Netflix provided) so we could entertain ourselves separately. Fast Wi-Fi. If you want a spot in Sam Hughes, a classic neighborhood with lovingly restored homes close to the U of Arizona, this is your spot! If you are a walker, enjoy exploring the neighborhood, walk to th U of Arizona and all it has to offer. At the corner, Flora's Market Run, Tumerico Mexican restaurant, and Borderland Brew Pub or so many more great restaurants on 4th Avenue or Downtown just a short drive, bus or light rail ride away! I lived in Tucson and this is such a grat location! This Casita is beautifully remodeled and tastefully decorated, comfortable for a short or extended stay.
