    The space

    With two spacious double bedrooms (both with TVs, ensuites and walk in closets), large open living areas with a 65" TV, electric fireplace and gourmet kitchen, the condo is a perfect stay for couples, families or professional.

    No expense has been spared for your stay with brand new appliances, furniture, sheets & towels all provided for you to enjoy a relaxing at home feel while away.

    Finally, make sure you enjoy the spectacular views from the balcony while you unwind under the stunning mountain glow during sunset.

    The master bedroom has a King bed with en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has two single beds and the frames were built to be combined into a king. We put down and extra pad on the bed and it sleeps like a dream! We can put it into the King bed upon request but I will ask you as well when you book.

Great base for hiking

Well situated for many of the hiking areas around Tucson. Some of the best hikes were only 5 minutes away. Easy access to shopping. Reasonable distance to attractions like the botanical garden and barrio viejo. Lovely home with a terrific kitchen and comfy beds.

Lovely condo with an excellent host

This is a beautiful condo located in a marvelous surrounding with amazing views - and yet being very close to services, such as grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants. We felt very welcomed by Philip, the owner, whom was an excellent host. Everything went very smoothly; from the first welcoming e-mail to check-out process when we left. Philip really walked the extra mile to ensure we had comfortable and relaxing holiday. We enjoyed our vacation tremendously. It truly felt like we were visiting friends as the condo has an atmosphere of a home.

Location, Comfort and Quiet

This condo is in a perfect location in the Catalina Foothills. Close to shopping, restaurants and great hiking. The condo is newly updated and beautifully decorated. It had a nice washer and dryer. I love when you can walk into a place and not have to worry about toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. Philip was prompt in answering questions that I had. All around it was a very nice place to stay and very comfortable. The condo has a nice layout so that 4 people were not on top of one another. It was a great place to stay and we enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful Condo with Beautiful Mountain View!

The condo is beautifully renovated & is in one of the nicest locations near Sabino Canyon in the Santa Catalina Mountains! It was wonderful starting every morning with a cup of coffee overlooking the mountains! It is a short walk away from the hot tub & pool and has comfortable beds, luxurious linens, a nicely stocked kitchen and most importantly an owner/manager who is a stellar host! I have stayed at many VRBO’s, and Phillip is one of the kindest and most attentive hosts you will ever encounter! His goal is to ensure his guests have the best stay possible! Thank you, Phillip! Tasteful, Comfortable Condo - Fabulous Host

This property was exactly as advertised and fit our needs very well for a one-week stay. The location in the Catalina Foothills (NE Tucson area) can't be beat with easy access to hiking and walking trails, desert landscapes, restaurants, and shopping. We were traveling as a sister and brother and his spouse. For three adults the layout was great with the common rooms (kitchen, dining, and living room) between the bedrooms which made both bedrooms very quiet and restful. The condo development is very quiet, relaxing, and well-maintained. Philip is a fabulous host! He is very communicative, responsive, and organized in his communication. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless. We stayed in another of his properties in November 2022 and had a similar experience, so much so that we sought out Philip as a host for this stay. The units are very tastefully decorated and he has thought of everything you might need during your stay. Bottomline, this was a wonderful home-away-from-home for a week in the desert southwest!
