Near Downtown! Charming bungalow w/ heated pool in Armory Park Historic District
- Be our guest at this renovated 2-bedroom home located in the historic Armory Park neighborhood. Walk to nearby restaurants and breweries, or the heart of downtown. Enjoy Tucson like a local. The house is well decorated and supplied with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Unwind in the large backyard with a new heated pool and patio. Show off your bocce skills in our new court. Fire up the grill and enjoy the privacy of the backyard with desert landscaping. South Tucson is right around the corner to explore Tucson's best Mexican food. U of A is 10 minutes away by car, or there are several public transportation options available to you. Enjoy staying near the vibrant scene of Downtown Tucson. During winter the pool can be heated at an extra cost of $250 for the first 3 days and $25/day thereafter. Please let us know if you are interested in this option.
