Near Downtown! Charming bungalow w/ heated pool in Armory Park Historic District

  • Be our guest at this renovated 2-bedroom home located in the historic Armory Park neighborhood. Walk to nearby restaurants and breweries, or the heart of downtown. Enjoy Tucson like a local. The house is well decorated and supplied with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Unwind in the large backyard with a new heated pool and patio. Show off your bocce skills in our new court. Fire up the grill and enjoy the privacy of the backyard with desert landscaping. South Tucson is right around the corner to explore Tucson's best Mexican food. U of A is 10 minutes away by car, or there are several public transportation options available to you. Enjoy staying near the vibrant scene of Downtown Tucson. During winter the pool can be heated at an extra cost of $250 for the first 3 days and $25/day thereafter. Please let us know if you are interested in this option.

We found the property to be very comfy! The manager was also responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. The pool was such a great place to land in the late afternoon.And we felt the location was good for walking or driving to the places that we wanted to enjoy.

This was a great stay! Loved the quiet historical neighborhood. The house was great - spacious, comfortable, and everything we wanted and needed. The backyard is fantastic! Wonderful large pool, great pool and patio furniture, beautifully landscaped, and plenty of shade or sun options.
