As you enter the neighborhood View the Majestic Mountains. Relax in the community jacuzzi year round and enjoy a warm swim in the winter in the heated pool or a cool swim in the summer months. Large Riverfront Park next to neighborhood with a surrounding path , pickle ball, soccer, baseball, basketball, childrens play areas, picnic areas. Behind the neighborhood there is a large path great for the dogs and enjoy the wildlife scenery, restaurants/stores 1 mile away.
