Small Old adobe in town, quiet, very convenient to most necessary ameneties

This house is cozy, a little old fashioned, lots of trees, very near Trader Joe's, Sprouts and other food stores, huge hospital complex nearby, Tucson Botanical and Yume Japanese Gardens within about a mile. The yard is large with lots of trees and parking, with the house set back far from the road so it is quiet most of the day. Love the shower. House belongs to an old back-to-the- lander so there is a small organic vegetable garden which you are welcome to share. Owner lives in cabin in back during rental season. Owner is also a professional chef, so the kitchen is too well equipped for such a small place.
