Guests will have full private access to:

✔️ Parking: Off-street parking available (same lot as Unit 1 – just park in your designated spot)

✔️ Private entrance

-Your stay includes a gate fob that provides access to the property's main entrance gate.

Please note:

• The gate fob is required to enter and exit the property through the main gate.

• The gate fob does not provide access to the unit itself.

• Guests are responsible for keeping track of the gate fob during their stay.

• Lost, damaged, unreturned, or replacement gate fobs will incur a $500 replacement fee per fob.

• Please return the gate fob to its designated location before checkout.

You will not share any interior spaces with other guests; your unit is completely separate and private throughout your stay.

📌 Parking: Free parking is available on the premises.



🌡️ Summer Heat Advisory: Tucson summers can be extremely hot. The air conditioning system is designed for comfort but may require additional time to cool the home during peak afternoon temperatures.



📺 Television: One Smart TV is available in the living room. There are no TVs in the bedrooms.



🚫 No Pets Allowed: This home maintains a strict no-pets policy. Any evidence of pets on the property may result in additional cleaning fees.



🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the home.



🚫 No Parties or Events: Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels reasonable throughout your stay.



📬 Mail & Package Disclaimer:

- Deliveries should be received directly by guests.

- Mailbox access is not available and is reserved only for the owner's use.

- Additional coordination requests may incur fees.



📌 Air Mattress:

An air mattress may be available for one additional guest. Please let us know before arrival if your group plans to use it so we can have it prepared for your stay.
