Nice small home

My stay was absolutely lovely. Was here for work so this was really nice to have especially with the location being SUPER close to the university. Quiet neighborhood. Home is on the older side and not as modern but still great. Easy process, property manager was super helpful and quick to respond. Only complaints: listing online shows it in a completely different location verses where it actually is. Much closer to the university than I expected so I didn’t need to rent a car to what I was doing, I could just walk (which for me was a plus) not sure if that’s a website issue though. Some paint was lifting in the shower which made the esthetic lack a little, but just a cosmetic thing. Lastly, the shower/ tub seems to need an update, but once again an older home, so just a preference thing. Overall, loved my stay. Porch was beautiful, location was perfect, multiple sleeping options for several people, older home but had ac modifications that made the Tucson heat disappear. Several great food locations near by. Enjoyed my stay Would definitely book again.

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
What I encountered was a level of squalor that frankly defies description. This wasn't just a 'lived-in' space; itwas a health hazard masquerading as a vacation rental. I feel obligated to share the gruesomedetails to prevent others from making the same mistake. The 'Clean' Sleeping ArrangementsLet's start with the bed – or, more accurately, the disgusting areas that was presented as a bed. Itwas immediately apparent that the sheets and pillow cases had not been changed. The dishevelledstate suggested it had been recently slept in and there were visible stains. The pillows? Equallysuspect. The thought of resting my head on those pillows with someone’s hair still all over the pillowcases made my skin crawl.A Symphony of FilthThe state of the floors and the coffee machine needs its own mention. A layer of dirt coated everysurface, punctuated by the occasional hairball. It wasn't just a matter of 'missed a spot' – this wasingrained, long-term neglect. And let's not forget the coffee pot. The coffee pot was coated in what looked like years of built-upgrime. Brewing coffee in that thing would have been an act of bravery (or foolishness). I opted forbottled water. The bathtub area has peeling paint and silicone, it is definitely a caveat emptor (let the buyer beware) type of unit. The Uninvited GuestThe listing explicitly stated 'no pets.' So imagine my surprise when I discovered a matted dog bedtucked away in a corner. It's clear there are pets in the house, which m

This is for the keurig. I’m not sure it’s ever been washed
