Enjoy Himmel Park a few steps away and walk to local restaurants. Only minutes from U of A, 4th Ave and Downtown. This home has been completely renovated and has all the southwest urban vibes. Grill at night by the fire-pit and take a dip in the hot tub. Experience hidden gems, Reid Park Zoo and Hi Corbett Field, only minutes away!
