This is a desert oasis with beautiful mountain views. Great hiking nearby
This beautiful desert oasis home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room has a large sofa with 3 recliners for watching the TV or just relaxing. There is also an office and family room. There are mountain views from many different areas inside and outside the home. The rear yard has two large pergolas for eating and entertaining. The swimming pool is not heated, but is a great feature between May and September. This is a very safe and secluded neighborhood with newly paved roads, which are great for walking dogs.
This home is located close to Sabino Canyon and is a 1 hour drive to the top of Mount Lemmon. There are many great restaurants nearby along with hiking and biking paths. If you have friends or relatives that live in town and you would like to have check out the house, before you make a reservation, this is an option to consider. Once they come look at the home, they will tell you to book it!!
