Have stayed several times -- location is convenient for us and the hotel is consistently excellent. Found the washing machine and dryer hard to use - but did work it out eventually.

Overall everything was great. Clean and comfortable. Good water pressure in shower and plenty of hot water. Washer and dry in basement a plus. The only negative was the bed in the “medium room” is equivalent to an American “double bed” so small for two people, but manageable. Also one side of bed is against the wall so you have to crawl over the other person to get in and out. But other than that this is a comfortable and good value stay.

This Hotel aims to have no staff so the question above about staff is a bit difficult to answer. I was a little anxious about having to check in using the electronic communication. It turned out fine. The location was very good for our visit. There is an excellent bus service to the historic town. The area is very handy for going for lovely walks in natural settings. The room rather compact for two people, with one person hard against the wall. But otherwise, the facilities and room were excellent.

It was clean except the plumbing hadn't been checked. The area was quiet and tranquil. There are no staff (a cleaner pops in). Maybe we should have read more before staying. It is miles away from any shops. Everything is self service. No bar, no staff, no anything. The main town is 3/4 of an hour down a hill.... taxi ride back. They do have a room where you can take what you need in cutlery, crockery etc but the room is barren.

This was our third stay at the Koncept. That reflects our satisfaction with it. We valued the cooking facilities and the excellent design of all aspects. It's super clean and the area is very quiet. One quibble is that the internet is somewhat temperamental, often dropping out and needing a new connection sequence. Also, the washing machine and dryer worked quite well, but the online control for them was not so easy to work out.

Checkin was a pain... Although the entrance card was supposedly written correctly, only the fourth card worked at the door. The telephone hotline was really helpful and gave great support. New Horizons - you need to check all of your cards if they can actually open the programmed door! Everything else as expected. Very clean. A little expensive for the (very!) remote location.

Not a good experience

No check in email with info so in front of a closed door. Needed to call them. Could not find my reservation. Finally they found it. Wifi supposed to be available in all rooms but no wifi detected at all.

Bad expirence with checkin and cleaning

Booked two rooms, check-in was a problem. Info missed for the second room. Had to wait 30min in phone. First room was ok clean but there was leftovers from other guests... :( Second room dad a dirty floor, bread crumps and bigger pices...;(

This property has no humans so in order to check in you need a code which is supposed to be sent in an email The email was never sent to me so when I arrived I needed to wait and wait outside a locked door until finally someone on the phone answers.... not good at all. Then I am sleeping and do not disturb is on and cleaning come in at 8:30 am with no warning and come inside my room! Outrageous. I stayed here a few times before and it was not amazing but it was better then this experience. I think I deserve a refund for this Terrible stay.

El concepto funciona si el internet funciona.

Concepto muy interesante pero absolutamente dependiente del internet. Cuando llegamos el internet estaba caído y tuvimos que esperar hasta que llegó un técnico que nos ayudó. Muy amable la atención y resolvieron rápidamente.
