Cozy Pet Friendly Cottage, 2 story Deep Water Dock - bring your boat!

"Property was really nice especially for a lake house. Dock was equipped with everything you could need. Kayaks were a nice touch! Kitchen was FULLY stocked as well as bathroom, towels, laundry and cleaning supplies. Fire pit was perfect for s’mores. Nice driveway with ample parking for several cars. TV was loaded with apps for all the usual viewing. Host Peter was amazing. Definitely recommend!"
Spacious Lake Hartwell home with large new dock

"Girls’ Weekend: We stayed here last year and loved it so much that we came back again this year. The house is on the water with a large dock where you can sit in chairs in the sun or under the covered roof. There is plenty of seating for everyone whether we are sitting in the living room or dining room. This was perfect for adults where none of the beds were bunk beds. There was plenty of parking and the house was clean. I did notice this year that the home had some maintenance completed and some upgrades from last year. We love this place so much that we will be coming back every year."

"We really enjoyed our stay. It would have been nice if there had been water in the cove that the cabin sits on, however the owner let us know ahead of time that water levels in the area are at record lows, so we were not expecting to have direct water access. The cabin was clean and we had everything we needed. Sitting out on the porch was so relaxing and was a great place to catch up with family while having coffee in the morning. We would return again and would recommend this to others."

"House and dock was picture perfect. It is a very steep walk. Pictures make dock look closer. Without a golf cart my elderly husband couldn’t enjoy the lake. Otherwise wonderful."
Large Lavonia Home w/ Party Dock on Lake Hartwell!

"Great house. Plenty of beds to sleep 15. We had 2 families (4 adults with 8 teenagers) and had plenty of room. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers which was nice. There was an easy walk down to the dock and the owner had 2 single kayaks and one paddleboard we were able to use. There is also a ping pong table in the downstairs level which was a lot of fun. The host was quick to respond when I had a quick question and the check in process couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommend"

"The apartment was clean and roomy! Check in was a breeze, and Venus communicated with us excellently. The lake is beautiful! My only complaint would be that the path to the apartment dock was not very well groomed. Other than that everything was great!"

"We enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at many rentals with wonderful host, but Ron was super special. He reached out about a month in advance to let me know due to drought there was no water and to see what we wanted to do. We weren't coming for the water, we're going to a concert at Clemson. The property was beautiful. The house was plenty big enough and very clean. We stayed on the deck all weekend relaxing, watching TV, and nature. The deer walk right up close to the house. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much Ron."

"Our family of 14 (grandparents, children and grandchildren) went for a short trip (Check-in Mon. Check-out Fri) and had a GREAT time! The house is beautiful! It was spotless, right on the lake, and equipped with everything you would ever need! From the minute you walked in, you felt the warmth of family. The dining room table was absolutely beautiful and it seated our entire family, all 14 of usThe dock was perfect with deep water for the kiddos to jump in, and was great for the pontoon boat we rented from Harbor Light Marina (about an 8-10 minute boat ride). The owners were easy to contact and quickly responded to our questions. I would highly recommend this home and would love to rent it again! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with our family."
