"We had an amazing time. The scenery was just beautiful. Views are breathtaking and our hosts were fantastic. Loved the little touches with the wine and cookies and treats. So sweet! Bed was very comfortable!The drive up is a little un-nerving the first time but you get used to it.Only recommendations I would make would be to have an ice cube tray and maybe some chair loungers to lay in the sun on the grass. Other than that it.was perfect!"

"I had a wonderful stay here! The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, always making sure we felt at home. The food was not only delicious but also very affordable — such a great surprise! One of my favorite parts was the beautiful forest surroundings, where is thewe could see hummingbirds flying around all the time. It was such a peaceful and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend! "

"Wow, what an incredible slice of heaven. Feels like you’re a million miles away from civilization. Waking up to the sounds of the birds in the morning, dinner with Gregory (host) and sitting on the porch in the evening were highlights of the stay. It’s a commitment to get up and down the road and 4wd is essential. As such I’d recommend staying at least 2 nights w/o going down. Hosts offers horseback rides and guided hikes around the property. "My stay in Cachi was a fulfilling and peaceful one. Bill was a fantastic host and he made sure I had everything I need and gave me pretty good tips. Ricardo, the local groundskeeper has done a phenomenal job making the place look like a slice of heaven settled in the middle of the mountains. I don't know what he gets paid but that guy deserves a raise! Seriously, the place is beautiful, safe, and peaceful. It's a fairly large property and you can easily satisfy your hiking itch and see all of the beauty the property has to offer. The locals were friendly and helpful and exemplified the national saying of Pura Vida!!! I would 10/10 recommend this rental to anyone want to have their own little place of solitude and peace for a few. "
