"1) They didn't have our name at the reception on arrival - took some time to find us 2) Our room had all the curtains closed on arrival and boiling hot... No aircon in the lounge (family room) 3) To get to the family rooms, you need the hotel car. They only have one hotel car, so sometimes you are waiting ages 4) They went to fill the car up with petrol at 9.30am on a Sunday at peak time, so no car was avabile 5) There is no manager working on a Sunday Family rooms 1) The floors are so slippy - we all fell over, adults and kids 2) They look much better in the photos Overal The main building is nice, including the pool but the above makes the place not a good stay "

"The resort has overmet all our expectations. Really all of them. The architecture and color design is very modern and meets fully our taste. The Villa (one room) was excellent. Very spacy and comfortable. One highlight is that you step out on the terrace and are able to swim to the pool bar. The stuff is very, very friendly, always smiling, always at hand when needed. They are acting immediately when needed. The breakfast was included into our booking and this is another highlight. There aere so many selections, that it never gets bored. The basis is a bowl of fresh cut fruits, a basked with bakery stuff, toast and bred and butter and marmelade. We mostly relaxed and ate more than necessary, I mean it in a good way. The restaurant and bar is open, but under the roof, you always feel as having a meal at the ocean, which is really, really southing. Overall the stay was fantastic and it was not easy for us to leave the paradise. We would recommend this place to anybody who wants to have relaxed and luxury times at the ocean."

"I love this resort. It’s so beautiful. My room was fantastic, clean and perfect position to the pools and restaurants. I stayed 7 years ago and was happy to be back. There is construction of the beach area at the moment so the noise and fumes were not the best, but it stopped around 5pm. The resort was kind enough to have a free shuttle service to Virgin Beach which was beautiful. Staff were very apologetic. It’s not the resort’s fault. Food in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was amazing. Love the staff. Thank you everyone. "

"The Griya is a fantastic location and a view to die for with friendly staff and clean accommodation. Room layout 2 bedrooms being separate was private. Only thing our friends were originally in room 4 until I said this was arranged 9 months prior and they moved our friends which was great. Rooms 6 and 7 had interconnected door which enabled our friends to share facilities. Great for the kids and adults too. The staff were all very friendly and accomodating from booking early to kitchen, bar staff and cleaners. The private infinity pool in our villa was outstanding. The kitchen fully equipped with all utensils if you needed to cook but we did not as the restaurant was great. The rooftop bar loved it as it was our happy place. Not far from diving spots which were world class. (Definitely recommend fresh fins) "

"Beautiful hotel - loved the staff, the spa and the food. Thing that let it down was there was a massive street party outside. Techno music blaring until 3am so left very tired. "
