Cheaper parking rate for guests, pool inside the hotel and varied breakfast which was included in the reservation. The hotel is coveniently placed as well and the staff helpful

Check in staff was welcoming. Room smelled of cigar smoke. Ealls are thin, listened to a couple fight until midnight in next room. No coffe cups in room. Outdated hotel and water stained walls. Breakfast was 6/10, thete was no yogurt

Great place to stay in Tulcea

The hotel was in a great location, was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the included breakfast was excellent. Our only complaint was that the air conditioning did not work in our room.

We were 2 adults and a 15 yrs old teenager. We got a room with 3 single beds. We expected 1 double & 1 single. Room was cramped and outdated. Bathroom was adequate but also outdated. However rest of the hotel pool, breakfast , restaurant, bar were great. The Delta 3 (3 stars) stands beside the brand new Delta 4 (4 stars) building. The Delta 3 shares amenities with the Delta 4.

Good location

Very good location at port side. Hotel seems to have a new and an old building. We had a room in the older building which could use some work.

Simple but best

I liked that the room had a balcony. The breeze coming from the river was nice and we enjoyed the view of the river and the sunset. Friendly service, such as booking the bus back to Bucharest, was good.

Past glories

The 3stars hotel needs a renovation, especially rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was good and had more options, salted and sweet. Spa is free, but sauna was closed. The hotel hosts wedding ceremonies and it can be noisy at night

Dissappointing

An old outdated should be 1 Star! Free parking was the best thing about it. And location right on the river side. Carpet in room badly stained. One of 2 night stand lights was not working and not fixed after mentioning it to desk. Hallway had very poor lighting. Spa pool empty. Hair dryer and outlet in bathroom inoperable. Electrical outlet is under night stand, very difficult and inconvenient to access and use. Restraunt poorly staffed. Hall carpet on 5 stained. Overall the whole place needs Deep Cleaning, refurbishing, updating; especially carpets need to all be replaced, electrical wiring, outlets more accessible. Would not recommend as of right now.

Buon hotel a Tulcea

Buon hotel, comodo il parcheggio a 4 euro a notte, posizione ottima sul lungofiume, camere grandi e pulite Buona e abbondante la colazione, molto bella la piscina coperta riscaldata.Avrei preferito una bella doccia invece della vasca da bagno antica e scomoda.

Buen hotel a muy buen precio

Es un hotel (el de 3 estrellas) que, claramente, conoció tiempos mejores, pero está limpio, ofrece buenos servicios tanto en la habitación (albornoces, pantuflas, geles de baño, secador,…) como comunes con el hotel de 4 estrellas contiguo (desayuno buffet, piscina cubierta,…) y es más que aceptable. Además tiene una excelente ubicación. En conjunto, tiene muy buena relación calidad-precio.
