I can’t say enough good things about Harrigan’s Pub in the Hunter Valley — it’s the perfect blend of charm, comfort, and convenience. From the moment we arrived, everything just felt easy and welcoming.
The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and had that cozy-yet-modern feel that makes you want to settle in and stay a while. You can really tell cleanliness is a top priority here.
We also really appreciated the safe and spacious parking — such a simple thing, but it gave us great peace of mind, especially being in a popular tourist spot.
The overall atmosphere? Absolutely beautiful. Whether you’re enjoying a meal at the pub, strolling through the grounds, or just relaxing on your balcony with a glass of local wine, everything feels laid-back and luxurious at the same time. It’s the kind of place where you can fully unwind.
Highly recommend Harrigan’s for a weekend getaway or as your base for exploring the Hunter Valley. We’ll definitely be back!"

"Clean and cosy. Comfy bed and excellent heating. Loved the location on top of the hill. It felt secluded and the sunset and sunrise from the balcony overlooking the trees and valley were stunning. The fireplace was a great touch."

"From booking, paying, checking in, our accommodation to checking out was seamless. The apartment was so clean and tidy. Originally was booked for 2 couples but they couldn't make the trip at the last minute so was just 2 of is in a 2 bed apartment. It would have been so comfortable with the 4 us especially since separate bathrooms. Only fault if you want one is there was no tongs or bbq utensils and there was no instructions on how to use the oven and the remotes but that is being unbelievably picky.Thanks so much for our amazing vacation. Oh and it was a bit annoying not being able to use the resort pool. The other pool is pretty small in comparison and was too full every time we went to check... but.... we were made aware of resort access so it was ok.Only com"
