The host was quick to respond. We had check-in information 1hr before check-In time and instructions were clear and easy. The location is great, within walking distance of BOK, restaurants, bars. The room is modern, very nice and bright. The host let me know when checking in that the attached parking was fully booked but there’s plenty of street parking nearby I had no issues finding parking. It would have been better for the host to give the option to reserve parking at the time of booking. When we checked in at 3pm the room was not ready, the housekeeper let us know she was running behind and we had to wait about 30-40min for her to finish cleaning. She was very polite and apologetic, luckily we were not in a hurry. There was a very strong sewage smell through the night but it was in the general area downtown, it was pretty bad. The room was clean, the bed is ok but very hard mattress.
