The staff were helpful, the room and bathroom were clean. Was surprised that the hotel did not provide a hair dryer and the bath amenities were a single use (shampoo, conditioner and body lotion). All in all our stay was pleasant. We didn’t try out the complementary breakfast, we had other arrangements for that.

The property was clean, and the staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was good . The only issue i had was getting to the property. The road leading to the hotel looked like it was a dead end. After going by it a couple of times, I turned onto the street and there was a Best Western sign there but I didn't see it because the lights were out. Other than that it was a great stay.

It was clean . Bed was very very uncomfortable, it felt as though you could feel wood planks thru the mattress made our bodies hurt and the pillows felt good at first then felt like a block of cement ! The breakfast was horrible even the waffle maker burnt my waffles ! I would not recommend staying here ! I had high hopes for this Best Western as I know it’s a good area and not a run down place ! But by all means one of the most uncomfortable beds at any hotel I’ve ever stayed in ! Get better beds and use a different food supplier or a different way of cooking things! Also check your machines out more often to know things like waffle maker isn’t burning food !

We stayed 3 nights. The hotel was humid and smelled odd. Decent stay but didn't receive fresh towels untill our last day. It was an okay stay for the price. Hotel needs updated. Bed was comfortable but room was humid and hot at times. Overall okay for in and out use.

First time staying there and usually I check the reviews before hand. I was disappointed afterward reading a ton of reviews and was expecting to have issues. I arrived early and asked if they had an available rom that was not used the prior night. They didn't ( not there fault check in isn't til 2pm anyways.) So I went to some other places to kill time and as soon as I walked in they saw me, greeted me and got me checked in promptly. They showed me where everything was and then checked on me to see if I needed anything. Pool and hot tub was perfect, clean and not over bearing with chemicals. Breakfast was even good, waffles, eggs, sausage patties, yogurt with fresh crushed nuts and cranberries. Hot and cold cereal. Staff was even great in the morning. So I'm dumbfounded on the bad reviews when my stay was absolutely amazing!!! The only negative i can say is I haven't received my deposit back yet. ( but I haven't called my bank for release yet either) I will say they are remodeling the 3rd floor but ya couldn't tell unless you went to get Ice.
